A late friend of mine was a senior hostess for British Airways. Michelle or Mitzi was part of a big family who were very laid back and had a huge extended family. You could walk into the house and see several cousins, nephews, nieces and grandkids. There would be Mitzi’s mum and dad and, when he was at home, her brother, their three sisters and shedloads of pets and friends. This place was packed and very few of them stood on etiquette. The family are very down to earth.
