But the problem was, we dint get any follow up information after that, even after 15 days. In between, we called those customer care people again and again. Since we are bit frustrated about all these things, we planned to cancel the order and get catch hold of the customer care guy. So at evening, from my friend’s phone, we called the customer care again, and started and it went to something like, “do you guys have responsibility? What’s the problem in dispatching the router, we are going to escalate and blah-blah stuff”. This went up to another 10 mins. Pity that guy. They apologized and said it would be dispatched immediately the next day.
