Be the person they need. Remember, though – that’s only in terms of being a listener. Don’t let people change you. Forgive everyone everything, no matter how big, but be aware that such a thing might happen again, and such favors probably won’t be returned. Don’t put/keep yourself in an emotionally damaging relationship just for the sake of being nice. Look out for your own health and safety too. Help that person, but don’t let them hurt you.
