How many times you forgot your phone in table drawer, near sink, under blanket and realized that even if you tried to call from other phone you can't find it because it is on silent mode. (I simply love silent mode). Although there is a provision by Google to locate your phone but it requires active internet connection on your phone. If you are unlucky, it might take ages. My trick is, I simply send a SMS from any phone to my number with predefined keyword and my phone automatically starts t ringing at highest volume. My highest personal purpose is to further develop my Spiritual Conscience (I argue humans have two consciences, a physical one and A Spiritual one). As a leader, the best and sustainable way to embed a higher purpose in an organization is to have a crystal-clear vision of the most desirable future for all those involved in the organization.
