I may not be in Buffalo but I’m a Bills fan wherever shirt

The corporate office Christmas party that year would be at the home offices & we flew up to the Bay Area to attend (we lived in Southern California). While home I went shopping for a very beautiful gold silk gown and an ornate choker necklace as the C’s would be attending with their wives, or so I thought. Turns out my husband forgot to tell me that it was a luncheon and most of the attendees would be coming straight from work so no wives just the office ladies, in their office attire. Since I found out the day of the event I had no time to get anything else & the rest of my clothes were way too casual.
