Hi Mark, tricky one this because if you have pictures of any pop groups on your T-shirts you could be infringement of copyright to the photographer who took the pictures unless you took the photos. You need to check with the groups legal team as obtaining permission to have their (photo/name) on your T-shirts most groups have their own PR people, and I suggest you make some enquiries before you start getting into any legal issues. Possibly not what you want to hear but always get permission first, because you could land yourself in a lot of legal costs over copyright and trademark laws, and make sure you have everything in writing and checked over by a solicitor.
